Brigitte Mitchell was born in Toronto, Ontario and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Her training includes Northwest Florida Ballet, Central Pennsylvania Ballet and Alonzo King's LINES Ballet. In addition to joining SYREN Modern Dance in 2008 she works with Brooklyn-based choreographer Wanda Gala and was a member of Silent Fire Productions. A once professional model as well as a dancer, Brigitte was featured in the Sept 2000 issue of Seventeen magazine and the Nov 2000 Issue of German Vogue.
